Contacted Rick Wick looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee L in Overland trim in any color except silver. He replied within 10 minutes and put us in touch with his associate Jeff Barberry regarding inventory. The bad news was the only vehicle he had in stock was in silver, but he said to hold on and he would call us back in 10 minutes. Sure enough he found a vehicle in white that had been spoken for but the buyer had declined. Even though it was already 3:00 on a Friday, we jumped in our trade in vehicle, drove the 40 miles to Denton, and were out of there with our new Grand Cherokee by 7:00. Everyone was super nice and Rick checked on us personally at least 3 times. 5 stars all around.

The GM, Rick Wick, referred us to his "Car Pro Show" specialist - Jeff. While visiting with Jeff, Rick Wick came up, introduced himself, and told us he and Jeff would take good care of us. The visit was very pleasant and no pressure was applied in making the deal. We decided to order a car since the one we wanted was not available. Jeff has been very helpful in ordering the car. I found the RAM 1500 Laramie Longhorn I wanted in their inventory on their website and being in San Antonio I was hoping to get a good deal and then figure a way to get the vehicle. All I can say is Ricky came through with a great no haggle deal that I was more than happy with and even had my new RAM delivered to my home the next day. Rick Wick subsequently introduced himself and he and Jeff did make me a good offer, but I asked ( the next day) for slightly different equipment which they didn't have. I initially spoke to Rick Wick who then put me in touch with Jeff Barberee. After discussing everything with Jeff, my wife and I made the 1-1/2 hour trip from Wichita Falls. Jeff was great and upfront about everything. I've purchased many vehicles in the past and it is not uncommon for it to take 4+ hours. My wife and I showed up at the dealership to purchase the 2019 Jeep Compass for our daughter and I don't believe we were there for a total of two hours before we were back on the road to Wichita Falls. I was very happy with Jeff and everyone else we dealt with at Classic, and much to our surprise, Rick Wick actually stepped in and visited with us why we were in the finance department. I will definitely recommend Classic to my family and friends.

I found a used Expedition Max online Friday morning, emailed using the car pro site and received a call within minutes from Rick. He set me up with Don and Keith who sent me images, we discussed the vehicle and set up a test drive. Living over an hour away, Keith called us and said the tires were bad and needed to be changed so we postponed the test drive for a later date and communicated constantly. Came in on Monday, labor day, reviewed and purchased the vehicle. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome. The vehicle was immaculate, greatly priced, and the staff was great. This was my first car purchasing experience through CarProUSA and, although I was skeptical, it actually delivered on its' reputation as promised. Rick Wick reached out to me shortly after I submitted my contact information and put me in touch with Jeffery Barberee. After an initial conversation, we decided the best option was to order a SUV for my wife onsite (she does not handle car buying well). Go figure, my wife "fell in love with a puppy in the window" (a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee on the showroom floor). Jeff (and Brandon in finance) made the process pleasant and painless. I don't purchase cars often any more, but if I'm in the market for another Chrysler product, I will certainly be contacting Jeff at Denton Dodge.

Rick and Jeff Barbaree have taken great care of me and wife twice in the last 3 months. My wife wrecked her Jeep in June and needed a replacement. I contacted Rick through the CarPro email referral. He contacted me almost immediately and connected me with Jeff Barbaree. Jeff sent me an inventory list of what was in stock and my wife decided to go test drive a Jeep Gladiator. We ended up buying that Rubicon Gladiator. We were in and out in about 2 hours. On Saturday evening (Sep 4) I sent out two emails inquiring about trucks from different Car Pro dealers. Unfortunately one was closed on Labor Day, but Rick contacted me first thing Monday morning and told me that Jeff would be in contact with me. Jeff texted me about 2 hours later and informed me that one of the trucks I was looking at had been sold, but the other one was still there. My wife and I gathered up the kiddo and went straight to Classic in Denton to meet up with Jeff and test drive the truck. Jeff had it up front and ready for us by the time we got there. During the test drive Jeff pulled up all our info from purchasing the Jeep and all the paperwork in order to begin the purchase. We arrived at the dealership at 2:15 and we left, with a new to me 2018 Ram 2500, at 3:45. I can honestly say that using the CarPro system of dealers is the easiest and best car buying experience anyone could have. I have referred many people to use CarPro referrals and my wife and I have now purchased at least 8 vehicles using this system. I absolutely appreciate Jerry Reynolds and his love for customers and that he has found dealers and salesmen that have that same value for customers. Classic in Denton, Rick and Jeff get 5 out 5 stars for sure, everytime!!!

We purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica from Classic Chrysler of Denton, TX. I live about 5 hrs.' away from Denton and saw the Pacifica I wanted when searching the CarPro website. I sent the dealer an email through the website and the general manager contacted me right away. We were assigned Jeff as our sales person. We were able to do everything long-distance and drove to Denton to deliver our trade in and pick up the Pacifica. Everyone was helpful and friendly both on the phone and at the dealership. I have no problem recommending this dealership and will shop there again when looking for a new vehicle.

As soon as I showed my Pass Rick Wick the manager came over, greeted me, and said if there was anything I needed to let me know. Mark Engman was beyond awesome and helpful. When we came in he asked us what our goals and priorities were then listened to what my wife and I need. When he heard and understood he helped us with exactly that. He took the time to talk with us and helped us get the exact car I needed. And throughout the process Rick would come over and check on us and see how things were going. Rick and Mark were outstanding making sure we were taken care of. I truly feel these two I can trust.

Super dealership! They went above and beyond to find me a used pickup!!! They never forgot me and my needs!!! The one they found was a 4x4 and I forgot to tell them I did not want a 4x4. I ended up finding a used truck in Waco and with Jerry's help on a price point (he thought it was a tad high on asking price) I ended up getting $1600+ off. It was a used Silverado with 6000 miles, 2 WD single cab short bed. Jerry you are the best! And we're addicted to your syndicated talk show!! Oh and you saved us a bunch off money on our new Buick Enclave from VIP dealer, Classic Buick GMC in Carrollton when we bought it.

The Car Pro rep was out the day I went in to look at Jeep Renegades. Mark Engman stepped up and did an excellent job. I told them I was just starting to look, and would like the price of the vehicle on paper so I could take it with me and look at other vehicles and think about it. They did exactly that with a really good bottom line price. Mark was absolutely no pressure, answered all questions, even some that he knew I should be asking. Great experience, and I love the car.

Rick was out of town I believe, and he had me work with Jeff. Nice enough guy, but when he built the truck that I built on line, his was about 5k higher on msrp. He then gave me his price which was about 1000 over what I built on line. Jeff offered to give me my online price. I assumed that the build price on line is msrp, and that we would go down from there. Since there is no 2019 truck that matches my build, I will have to order a 2020. Maybe I'll order one in Feb., and try to time delivery with March incentives??? Not sure I will work with them at that time, unless they call me with a good plan.... Not trying to be super negative, I hate negative reviews, but this is pretty much how the meeting went......

Got a good price on the vehicle. They did not give me a very good price on my trade in. If you trade in your vehicle recommend getting an independent purchase offer from Car Max. I had considered this but was pressed for time and thought they would have given me more reasonable offer being recommended by Car Pro.

Jerred was a great help in showing me an in-stock Ram truck. I explained I was just looking, and when I returned to order a truck I would present a Vip Pass and speak to the assigned person. He acknowledged this and still gave me a most thorough explanation and test drive of the truck. Kudos!!!!!

Jeff was fine. I would say a typical car salesman - was interested but not REAL interested if you know what i mean . Answered my questions, worked up a car value if we ordered a 2021 challenger. Dealer facility was nice. So i rated them a 3. About 10 days ago, i had gone to Huffines Dodge in Lewisville because they had a Scat Pack i could test drive. I preferred their dealership facilities but where they really shined was the sales guy. VERY personable. Was VERY interested in what i was wanting and spent the time building repport while also spec'ing out an order. My Huffines experience was a 5. I'll end up ordering a 2021 from Huffines.

Wasn't that impressed. The GM was nice and Jeff was personable, but the truck had sold long before I got there and was in make ready, but I wasn't told until 5 minutes before I got there. Once there I was quickly switched over to a new truck for several thousand dollars more. Without looking into credit other than the number I told him and not even looking at my trade-in, I was told the payment range and length of loan and that those numbers were the best he could do. We went over to the used lot when I told him I was not looking for a new truck and was told they could find me one easily. Left them my number and that was the end of the road. Never heard from them again. I got the feeling I was too much trouble on the day before Jeff was to leave for Europe. Left me wondering why he was the one assigned to the appointment given his short time to work that day. Looks like I was sadly mistaken about how things worked when going to a certified dealer. I certainly hope no one else has the same feeling I did. Went home feeling like I had driven over 3 hours round trip for nothing.

I emailed Mr Wick at 8:30 in the morning. He did not email me back until around 1:00 and then said someone else would help me. By 10:00 I assumed they did not want my business. I contacted Meador Dodge in Fort Worth and they emailed me back right away, then called me, I purchased a vehicle from them that day. I would not recommend Classic CDJR of Denton to anyone.
