This is our 3rd Acura over the years. We purchased a MDX Advanced SUV. Wesley Kammer and Tom Phan are very pleasant to work with and they know their cars. They know us by name and are always welcoming. Cameron Hosch has been our Service Adviser for the past 4 years. He is a people person and very professional. He is the only Service Adviser that we request each time service is needed. We met Peter and Ricky the Service Director and the Service Manager, respectively. They were both pleased to meet us and offered their help if needed. Working with Kenny Li in finance was a pleasure. We also spoke with Chris Snyder the General Manager who was friendly and was not too busy to take time to welcome us to his dealership. I initially met with a saleslady at David McDavid Acura in Plano since that dealership is closest to my house to see the new 2022 MDX Advance model. She mentioned that they don't charge over sticker but do add some dealer options totaling $1175. I loved the car but wanted a white one. Later, I spoke with Patrick Burns at Vandergriff Acura. He was very pleasant and mentioned that he be getting in a white MDX Advanced model very soon. I wanted to confirm the price and he told me that for CPS Listeners, he would forego the markup and only had dealer added accessories. His accessories totaled $3685.95 and included Ceramic Coating, $699, Lojack, $965, Luxury Package, $799 Nitrogen Package, $89.95, Wheel Locks, $105, Window Tint, $399, Zaktek Ultimate $629. For some reason, that was enough for me to tap the brakes on the deal, especially if I was going to drive from Garland to Arlington to get the vehicle. To be honest, I will probably go with the David McDavid vehicle when they get a white one in and save the bucks and the drive to Arlington.

I met with Wesley at Vandergriff Acura with my VIP certificate in hand and couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Absolutely no pressure, he gave me a fabulous price on the car and on my trade as well. I find every excuse under the sun to go drive my new TLX. If anyone wants a new Acura GO SEE Wesley.

I flew in from Washington state and called ahead before my trip. I follow your show through the internet and you sold me on leasing for the first time. I had special needs since I live in Washington state but was going to relocate in the DFW area within the next month. Vandergriff Acura worked with me and explained the leasing program to my comfort level. It did take two trips before I made a decision but they made every attempt to meet my needs. I leased the car and left it with dealership until my wife flies into to town to take delivery. We will be buying a second car and I will shop at Vandergriff first.

We received the best customer service we have ever experienced. Wesley Kammar and Brian Smith listened and remembered everything we said. The initial car they picked for us was the one we purchased. The pricing was great. Once we agreed to purchase, the processing and total completion of the paperwork took 29 minutes. We will be back and we love our 2020 MDX.

Excellent experience. I was very impressed with the treatment we received at the dealership from the time they called in response to my filling out and submitting the VIP pass to getting the deal made for a 36 month lease on a new 2020 RDX. Their follow-up has been awesome as well. We discovered a small paint chip on the passenger side door handle. I reported it to them and they have agreed to pick up the car in North Dallas and provide a loaner, take it to the dealership in Arlington, repair the damage and return it to me. I've never had that kind of treatment from David McDavid which is just 2 miles from my house.

Dan and Wes were great. Dan showed us the different RDX models and we settled on a white A-spec. We wanted the AWD model but they didn't have one in stock. They had to get it from Arkansas. In the meantime they gave us a brand new MDX to drive that had 5 miles on the odometer. We were apprehensive at first because we had to drive to Oklahoma State for our son's college orientation. They said no problem. We will deliver it to you when it arrives. We kept the MDX for a week and put 1200 miles on it until they got the car in. I couldn't believe how nice they were. Great folks at Vandergriff Acura.

Wes Kammer and his staff (Kenny Le, Brian Smith, Thao Nguyen were excellent. I called Wes and had to leave a message, so I thought OK he won't call me back, To my surprise, he called back almost immediately and we had an appointment the next day! Due to the fact that I am retired and have a Financial Advisor who takes care of all of my finances, he asked that Wes give him a call to discuss prior to finalizing the lease. Wes called him immediately and I was all set! I have driven MDX's for over 10years so I knew what I wanted in/on the vehicle. Wes found a vehicle immediately, however it had 300 miles on it which he did not want me to have. So, he did research and found one in Oklahoma which would be in the following Monday! I told him the accessories I wanted and the vehicle was ready for pick up on Monday! Kenny took over and handled the final lease. Thao Nguyen did the paperwork for the lease and was very accommodating. Brian Smith then sat with me in the vehicle and showed me how to work all of the new accessories that my 2016 did not have. Kenny and Brian have both called me several times to insure everything was OK! THEY ARE GREAT!!! I had a deck cover for my 2016, which Wes said would fit the 2019. However, it did fit, but there were no factory anchors for it to latch to! I called Kenny and sent him pictures of what I was talking about to see if they could be ordered. The Service mgr (forgot his name) Ordered the parts from Acura. The license plates were in, so I went yesterday (Friday) to pick them up and have them and the anchors put on. What perfect timing! I cannot THANK YOU enough for recommending Vandergriff. As you know from my original email, I was a Churchill customer for many years! NO MORE! VANDERGRIFF IS MY NEW DEALERSHIP. And the trip from Weatherford is a breeze! THANKS AGAIN!

Due to a teenager becoming a driver and inheriting my wife's 2017 Acura ILX, we were in need for a new car for for my wife. Knowing the market conditions and chip shortage, my expectations were low that we'd find what she wanted, much less at a fair price. Our local Acura dealer, where we purchased our last Acura, was our go to dealer. I was disappointed to hear from them that the car we wanted - and this is a pretty close quote - the car we wanted did not exist in the state of Texas, nor was is it on order anywhere in the state of Texas. We were looking for standard colors - but ones that were a little harder to find. I was disappointed but determined to exhaust my resources to find this vehicle. After all, it was for my wife! I thought about the CarPro Show. I listen most every Saturday on KLBJ AM in Austin. I thought I would give it a try. I googled up your site, searched through your Acura dealers and settled on Vandergrift Acrua in Arlington. I filled out the form on your website and waited. Soon I heard from Kyle at Vandergrift Acura. I explained what I was looking for and started to give him our second and third choice colors when he stopped me. He said, "tell me your first choice again". To make a long story short, the car did exist in Texas and he was sure he could find one for us within a few days. As it happened, we had the car 3 days after my first contact with Kyle at Vandergrift. Not only did they find the perfect car for us in the exact color we wanted, Kyle drove it to Waco - half way between us and the dealer. This was probably a whole afternoon for him to take care of us and make it as convenient as possible for us. Wes, the sales manager was a big help in getting final deal made. With the market at all times highs I was worried about getting a fair price. The price was more than fair and Wes even helped us with an Acura loyalty bonus that really sealed the deal for us. Outstanding service, ethical dealings, fair prices. Thank you Jerry for putting these relationships together - you always say you do not endorse dealers - only people. And Kyle and Wes, more than earning your trust - they earned mine. And because of the experience, I will use your service in the future - unless I need another Acura - then I will just call Kyle.

My son and I went to Vandergriff Acura after contacting Wesley Kammer about a 2022 RDX. We were met by Wade West who already had the car we came to look at out front and waiting for us. Wade was phenomenal, he explained all details about the RDX PMC to my son and then went for a test drive. We then negotiated a fair deal and we’re on our way. A truly enjoyable experience.

Worked with Brian Smith, he contacted me after submitting for a VIP pass, explained what car I wanted to look at, color preference, etc. We set up a time frame to stop by and the vehicle was waiting out front and ready for a test drive. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with. And the VIP experience with financing can't be beat, worked with Thao Nguyen and was in/out in 22 minutes. The starting lease cost was much higher than the final lease cost. The salesman indicated he "had" to start there, but that it would get better. The fact that I had a lease from another manufacturer complicated it somewhat, since the lease would not have been up until much later in the year. However, it just took much longer than I would have thought to get to the bottom figure. Probably three hours, then another two or more waiting on the finance fellow to get papers ready to sign. The place was quite busy.

Salesman, Austin Doyle, was assigned to me by Patrick Burns, because end of year, Patrick had his hands full. Austin, took a video of the Acura TLX and sent it to me, so I could get a good look at the inside and outside of the car. Then on Thursday, December 29, I went to dealership and sat down with Austin Doyle, purchased a 2022 TLX new vehicle sitting on the lot, beautiful car!!! Patrick, walked over and introduced himself and talked with me and my husband. Buying a car is a long process even as a Car Pro member, but I wanted to take my time for making such a large purchase.

This is the third Acura I have purchased from Vandergriff, and each time I have been there it has always been a very enjoyable experience. Originally went to test drive a used Infinity Q50 but was less than impressed. It had literally just arrived at the dealership so hadn't been cleaned or checked over. Bottom line, it just didn't drive as well as I had expected or have the quality feel I expected from a brand I had heard so much about. Wound up driving two RDXs, one FWD and one AWD with Austin and came away favorably impressed with both cars. Austin was very knowledgeable about the features and mechanics of the cars and both models impressed me as to good quality, handling and comfort. Austin and Wesley were both very helpful and while some unexpected maintenance expenses on my current pickup have caused us to postpone buying right now, we will definitely be considering Vandergriff Acura when we are set again to buy.
Originally went to test drive a used Infinity Q50 but was less than impressed. It had literally just arrived at the dealership so hadn't been cleaned or checked over. Bottom line, it just didn't drive as well as I had expected or have the quality

Very professional, Brian car pro contact is a great guy, only reason for 4 star rating, that I did not care for add on charges on published price. Overall a good experience, they made everything right, brought me a car to to drive while minor repairs needed. Highly recommend get your VIP pass at preferred dealer.

Another pleasant experience at Vandergriff Acura. This was our second lease from Vandergriff Acura and our expectations were high. We were not disappointed. Using the CarPro process, my wife and I were met on arrival by Wes Kammer (GM) and Stan Bennett (Sales). We had dealt with Stan on our previous lease and knew he would be a joy to deal with again. Originally we thought we might want to purchase this time, but after discussion with Wes and Stan, we decided leasing again was best for us. Finance office was a breeze and we closed the deal for a 2019 RDX. The RDX we wanted (color and options) was not available but, no problem, we were given a brand new RDX to use until our vehicle arrived and delivered to our home! One more note, Wes Kammer (GM) was personally involved in every step of the leasing process. I'm sure you'll find that kind of customer involvement only in Certified CarPro Dealers. Thanks Jerry
