Took my granddaughter with me to witness a car buying experience and gift her a new vehicle as a graduation present for her upcoming graduation from A&M. Traded my 2016 BMW and at closing they added $1650 for some “aftermarket” add ons that I was originally led to believe were included and were not worth nearly that much. She was late for work because of all the time they took for all their back room haggling so I broke one of your rules about carefully reading all the paperwork and wasn’t able to review it until it was emailed me later (my bad). So I am disappointed with what she experienced and believe I was scammed out of the add on which I didn’t expect would occur at one of your “favored” dealerships. Instead it was like being back in the 60’s or 70’s. Is there any help?

Same as other reviews, did not hear from the dealer for days. CarPro asked if I heard from them, I replied no, so they contacted the dealer again. I received a phone call the next day from someone other than the person listed on her, he was pushy and only wanted to try to get me to come there in person. He had no idea what vehicle I was looking for and did not know what they had available at the dealer. Why would I drive an hour if you dont even have the car I want. Absolute waste of my time, not a good experience with CarPro or Cowboy Kia.

Best car buying experience ever! From Lexie Garza answering questions before I came to the dealership, to Jonathan Hartsfield meeting me at the door, from Tommy Mueller showing me around and answering questions, to Israel Del Cid searching and finding the exact car I wanted at another dealership, from Stormy Story helping me with finance, to Max Suarez explaining every detail of my new blue Kia Soul, it is well evident that Mark Compton runs the best dealership in (and out of) town. Lexie and I thought the car I wanted, 2023 Kia Soul, was on the lot so I drove 45 minutes (past other Kia dealerships) to check things out. That one had been sold so the team went to work finding MY car which they did at another dealership. Jonathan drove over to pick it up and bring it back to me. The previous day I had been at another Kia dealership (not to be named but closer to home) ready to buy, but they did not have the car I wanted and did not take to time to find it for me. Hats off to Cowboy Kia! Cowboy Kia's showroom may be small but their salesmanship/service/caring/making me feel welcome and providing exactly what I wanted at the price I requested is BIG! Did I mention they gave me top dollar for my trade-in (more than the other place)? And got the price to a payment my dear sweet husband could live with? The icing on the cake was Max Suarez sitting with me in my beautiful new 2023 Kia Soul explaining in detail every button, every feature, every little detail about my new car. As I drove down the road going home, I called him twice to inquire about features that only happen when driving. He graciously answered and said call back if you have any more questions. I am running out of characters remaining.... so let me close with I will forever remember the ease of this car buying experience at Cowboy Kia! Such an exceptional dealership is well worth the drive! Thank you CarPro for the referral!

My wife is interested in the Kia Telluride. 9AM Monday morning I completed the VIP Pass at carprousa.com requesting Cowboy Kia in Conroe TX to call me. At 9:07 Skylar King called me. It took only 7 minutes! Wow! I told Skylar what my wife is looking for and he had one Telluride Prestige on the lot that they just got off the truck. Within 30 minutes He sent me a video he took of the car along with a copy of the window sticker. My wife loved it and wanted to test drive it. We set up a test drive time on Wednesday at noon. Wednesday morning Skylar called me and said the car we were interested in was just sold and did not want us to make a unnecessary 1 hour trip without a road test. We went anyway just to see the Telluride and to meet Skylar. Skylar was professional, very informative with no pressure. Cowboy Kia and Skylar King rock.

I had called the day before inquiring about a 2019 KIA RIO, used. When I arrived at the dealership, it had been detailed and ready to go. I did meet with Mark Webb and Mark Compton, GM's. We were only there about 2 hours and we were gone. Fastest I've ever experienced buying a vehicle, Thumbs up!

I initiated contact via your service. Was contacted by “VIP Director” Jonathan Hartsfield. My daughter lives in the area and test drove a car on my behalf. I was interested in the vehicle. His out the door quote for a Kia Telluride SX Prestige was MSRP of $54,625 + expected taxes and fees + $6,495 in”Cowboy Protection packages”. That’s MSRP plus almost 12% in “Cowboy Protection” packages. I bought a similar vehicle for considerably less.

I am very sorry that you may have received inaccurate information or confusing information. Our protection package unlike many others are comprised mostly of Items added to the vehicle and the price is posted on each car at 3500.00 the taxes would have been 3414.06 the combination of the two would be 6914.06. I think this may have been where the confusion came in by my representative not being completely clear. Again I apologize for the inconvenience and should you need anything in the future my Name is Mark Compton and you can reach me at 903-494-0600. Talked to one salesman and he acknowledged the car pro pass. The experience was typical. The next day a Kyler called and ID himself as the car pro rep for the dealership and we had a good solid discussion.

Jonathan and the entire team at Cowboy Kia were great! They were clear, to the point, no surprises, and most importantly, I only spent 2 hours on a very very busy end of the month Friday afternoon at their dealership. Even the finance gentlemen helping us was impressed and how well we were treated being a CarPro VIP customer. Both the CarPro and Cowboy Kia have a listener and customer for life!

Everyone I talked to at the dealership was friendly. I talked with Mark on the phone to setup a time to come in. He wasn't available at that time so he had me talk with Mr Webb who passed me to Chris. Again Chris was pleasant and showed me the only car that they had for the model I was looking at. Overall experience was good.

I got a call from Tommy Mueller with Cowboy Kia the next morning. We set up a time for a test drive. Tommy was very helpful and honest. He did not try to hard-sell us, which I really appreciated.

Great dealership from start to finish. Started off via email, was able to firm up price before we even test drove the car. Everything went smoothly.<br>AND by presenting the CarPro VIP Priority Pass, they waived the dealer markup of $7,000 that they were listing on their website. (Tellurides are all selling above MSRP. I compared 7 dealerships while searching.)<br><br>ONLY minus is that no one at the dealership except the accounting employee wore a mask. I was thinking Texas governor's mandate required this. But perhaps I am wrong.
