They were very professional with no high-pressure tactics and able to answer all my questions. The only reason I did not purchase from Team Gillman Honda North is that another TrueCar dealer (identified through my employer benefits package) offered an additional $1,200 discount below the Team Gillman Honda North offer.

Simply put, Armando is at the top of the class in all aspects...customer service, knowledge level, attention to detail...the list goes on. Not only does he exhibit these characteristics during the sales process but after it as well, and that says a lot! All a reasonable consumer wants is a negotiation that is equitable for both sides and it's nice knowing that Armando is considerate of this fact. If another Honda is in my future, rest assured I will be reaching out to Team Gillman/Armando. And, I will certainly be recommending Armando to any friends/family in the market for a Honda vehicle. We worked with Denise Shattenkirk at Team Gillman North on our purchase of a Honda Civic Touring. We discussed two different Certified Pre Owned Civics and made a trip to the dealership to see the vehicles. She was supposed to get off of work at 6pm but stayed an hour later to meet with us. While viewing the Certified Pre Owned my family noticed a new Civic Touring on the showroom floor. She worked with us and got us a great price. She stayed late with us to make sure we were taken care of. Great experience.

I was looking to buy a 2023 Honda HRV for my daughter. I used the Car Pro and got my certificate. I received a call from Gillman Honda North fro Ann Elkadiri . I told her what trim and color I was looking. She able to give a price for car at MSRP over the phone. I went to dealership and I put a deposit down on vehicle. Again the price was exactly what we had discussed before.Also the whole process was literally 30 minutes. I would like to praise the sales person Ms. Denise Shattenkirk. She was professional and friendly throughout the process .I received delivery of the car in 4 weeks. The day of pickup the dealership sent a Uber to pick me and my wife. Also they stayed late until 9pm on MLK Day to finish the sale. Once again I loved the carpro customer pricing and process. I loved Ann and internet sales team. Also the Kris Tate the sales manager, Nazem another manager and Denise Shattenkirk.

Terrible!!!!! I have been with CarPro for many years and have used CarPro to purchase new vehicles. I will never go back to Gillman Honda. This dealership has too many ads-on and ridiculous MARKET ADJUSTMENT. I chose to go with another dealership in Houston (Easy Honda) and very happy at the end. CarPro should review this dealership again.

Hello, Team Gillman prices their vehicles according to the everchanging automobile market. To better serve their customers they do not add a market adjustment fee. However, Team Gillman Honda North offers quality accessories on their new vehicles to add further value. Thanks, Ann

I understand that times are tuff but there price on a base accord lx was 5000 over MSRP STICKER with dealer add ons. On a vehicle they don’t even have yet. I know MSRP is the normal now but I have gotten a price at Tomball Honda that was high but over 3000 less on same car And at Toyota Fred Hass a Camry for MSRP NO MARK UP . Very disappointed with Gilman especially after the manager call me first and told me one price and said she would have the salesman call me and then surprise it was that price plus 4-5 thousand in add ons . I can’t understand loading up a base car with add ons if I was looking in that price range I would get a ex-l not Base Lx

I contacted this dealership and requested a quote on an in stock HONDA Passport. I was shocked when I received the quote because I felt it was thousands over what it should be even considering current market conditions. I reached out to a couple of other local Honda dealers and received quotes over $10k less for vehicles that were equipped exactly the same and also in stock. When Team Gilman followed up with me I told them what I discovered and that I would be going elsewhere. At this point they claimed that perhaps a mistake was made on their original quote and now they wanted to deal so they could get my business. I told them “no thank you”. I ended up purchasing from Honda of Clear Lake at a price that was $12k less than the initial quote from Team Gilman

I was not given the opportunity to speak with Ann. I was initially contacted by Asif and then Asif transfered me to Raphael. The purchasing process was professional and with out long wait times. It was frustrating that I purchased the vehicle on a Thursday and the vehicle was not ready for pick up until Monday evening.

Communications from Honda was good. Responsive to text and email. BUT!!!! Felt like I stepped back 20+ years buying a car. Had an appointment with Ann Elkadiri, was immediately met by another sales person at the door, no problem, but she could not even be bothered to come by and introduce herself and say hello. Asked to drive the car, and could they look at my trade while we drove to save time. We came back and asked for a price with the trade. I was quite surprised that they added a $2000 dealer prep charge to the total and lowballed my trade. He couldn't explain what the the dealer prep charge was for. Then the floor manager came over to "close the deal". He told me the prep charge was window tint, nitrogen in the tires, etc. Really, thats old school car sales. He did up the trade value a little and lowered the dealer prep cost a little, "to buy it today". I also had a cash price from CarMax so I knew what my vehicle was worth. This was NOT the Car Pro experience I was use to or expecting and drove an hour to get to the Honda dealership. Never again would I go to Gillman Honda North. We left Honda and drove straight to Sterling McCall Lexus Clear Lake (Car Pro referral also). It was like night and day difference. Fred and Izzy were great to work with!! We did not buy because they had sold what we were looking for, BUT would not hesitate to call Fred/Izzy for a car. I had also worked with Car Pro Cavender GMC-Buick (San Antonio), 7/22, and drove from Houston to San Antonio to purchase a truck. Great experience!

I wanted to look at a new ridgeline and compare a few features. Set up an appointment a few days in advance. The morning of got a text to confirm the appointment. Drove about 45 min each way from my office on lunch break. It took another 10 or 15 min for someone to find this lady. I get in and we start talking and she tells me they sold the last one yesterday and they won't have anything for two weeks. So my question is why did you waste my time? You confirmed an appointment that morning to see cars that you know you don't have. It's just piss poor customer service.
