Called dealer about a week before Christmas to find a hard to get color combination on the Palisade. Even more difficult was that we live 3 hours from the dealer. After many e-mails and phone calls with Mike , Adam and Hayden, they located the car that was going to another dealer and not yet off loaded. They made a trade with the other dealer and within about a month we received the vehicle.
