I contacted Jorge because I had bought my current vehicle with him and I was very satisfied with the previous experience. Jorge was on vacation and his assistant was helpful but I had more questions than he could answer. Kenton Hobelmen, the new car sales manager took over even though I wasn't looking to buy a new truck. Kenton answered all my questions about the used truck I was looking for as well as the questions about leasing which I was also considering. I ended up deciding not to buy a truck at this time, but I wanted Jorge to know that the sales manager had his back while he was on vacation. Although I didn't buy a truck at this time, Jorge and Tomball Ford will be the first place I go when I'm in the the market again. I'm looking for a Ford Maverick XLT. These are in short supply and difficult to find. Jorge Lopez was professional and respectful. He did find a Maverick that was very close to what I was wanting. However, the dealership added $7,000 to MSRP. That puts this vehicle well above its price point. I did not buy this one and likely will not reach out to Tomball Ford again. I have a great deal of trouble paying above MSRP.

I met with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford. I told him before making the appointment that I had a deposit down on a RAV4, but that I really wanted to see a Bronco Sport. He was gracious in showing me one, even knowing there was little chance of a sale. I did really like the Bronco ... it looks like what an SUV is supposed to look like! I'm sticking with the RAV4 now, but I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a Bronco in my future. If so, I will definitely see Jorge again. Thanks, Carpro!

I ordered a 2022 Ford Maverick from Jorge at Tomball Ford on 1/11/22. When I reached out to Jorge he was working from home while recuperating from Covid 19. Despite this Jorge was very responsive, helpful and professional. Jorge explained that Mavericks are in very short supply and due to Ford's present requirements for this hot, new model, only customer special orders are taken on the Maverick at this time. He further explained that it may take 4-6 months to receive the vehicle. This confirmed what I had also learned on several Maverick forums after first seeing the Maverick reviewed on CarProUSA. After speaking with Jorge, he arranged a visit to the dealership to meet an associate and see a new Maverick just off the truck and waiting on a customer pick-up. I placed an order with Jorge the same day. Jorge handled all the paperwork via phone and email and I received an email from Ford confirming the order on that same day as well. I settled in for what I expected would be a several month wait from Ford to confirm a production date and and another month or two after that for production and delivery. Imagine my surprise and delight when the next week, on 1/20/22, I received an email from Ford notifying me that production has already been scheduled for the week of 3/5/22 with likely delivery around late March to mid-April. I was interested in purchasing 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat with 3.5L V6, 36 gal. tank, and 6.5 bed. The dealership was unable to find this vehicle within a 600 mile radius. They also said at least 3 vehicles were being built and the dealerships did not want to trade vehicles with them. They also stated that if I ordered a vehicle it will probably take up to 15 weeks or more to obtain it, I found through Ford search a Lariat being built and will be delivered to Joe Myers Ford in Houston, TX. So I went down and payed a deposit to purchase this truck when it gets delivered. Joe Myers is not offering any discounts or will to talk off of the MSRP. To bad, so sad, this will be first time I could not use my CarPro VIP Priority Pass.

Overall Tomball Ford and Jorge Lopez did a good job. They were friendly and helpful. Although the selection was very limited, due to the chip shortage, we found a vehicle that we liked. We have purchased a vehicle using the CarPro Priority pass previously and it was an exceptional experience. I expected the same experience. Previously we were in and out in about 2 hours, this time the it was more like 5 hours. Typical of a normal car buying trip. Jorge and the other staff where attentive and courteous, it just took longer than we had planned for.

Jorge showed us many Explorers until he found the one that fit our desired equipment package and budget. He then worked to get us the best deal he could and the finance team did a fine job as well. This is my second email since I wanted to highlight my deal with Jorge Lopez at Tomball Ford. Jorge has worked with me for over 4 months until today when the 2023 Ford Maverick Order book opened. In the comfort of my own home, Jorge worked with me to place my order subject to final order book confirmation, making suggestions of what to order, AND what he suggested not be ordered based on his experience with other customers. While I have not "Officially" purchased my Maverick, based on Jorge actions, I am not anticipating any problems. If I could, I would rate Jorge a 5+ or more. Great place. I visited twice. Once just to see what inventory was available and to talk about different trim packages. I returned 3 days later with my trade in ready to go to a new home. When Jorge, my wife, and I walked the lot to look at the 2 vehicles I was going to decide between. We couldn't find the vehicles! They had already been sold. I was ready to leave, but Jorge quickly found a vehicle that was comparable to what we were looking for. A short visit w/ their accessories team, and we had exactly what we wanted for at a better price than what I was originally going to go for. I forget the finance manager's name, but he was also great to work with. The transaction wasn't as fast as I am used to when going in as a car pro customer. It was Saturday and they were busy moving cars! Great dealership and I plan on letting them take care of all services for my new vehicle.

Jorge Lopez got the job done quick and easy much to my satisfaction. After learning from many sources in the Houston area the truck I wanted was simply not available any time soon. Mr. Lopez greeted me with seven or eight window stickers of trucks I would be interested. I narrowed the choice down to one and bought it a few days later. The price for my trade in and the new truck were reasonable. Everyone at this dealership was polite and professional. This is the second vehicle I bought from. I told him I was thinking about financing and he mentioned that Ford Motor Credit had a special financing option of 1.9%. When my truck arrived and FMC refused to honor a rebate I was entitled to he knocked that price off the bottom line to close the deal and put me in the truck I've always wanted. A few things. Jorge was not there, so I worked with Ralph Matthews, who was great to work with. However, having been through the CarPro experience before with another dealer, this is/has not been the experience I was expecting. They lost one of the keys (on the Thursday when I bought the truck), and told me to come out on Tuesday to pick up the new key when I came to have the windows tinted and wheel locks installed. They did not have the key in stock. How could they not know this on Thursday and order one for me? The parts guy I worked with said it would only take a day or so to get the key. So, I have another 50-mile round trip to pick up my key. Also, there was much more actual 'negotiating' that I felt I had to do with Ralph being stuck in the middle, as with a traditional new car purchase. Not at all like my previous experience which I felt was much more transparent with respect to pricing. Ralph was great in terms of showing what I wanted to see, taking all the time I needed, etc. I believe that part of the problem is that Ralph was on his day off when I went to get my keys and window tinting, so I had to navigate the dealership. It appears to me that this dealership is not as integrated as others because each department (parts, service, after-market-new sales) seams to have their own process and I kept having to go from one department to another, with all the staff telling me that "oh, well that is part of new car sales", or "oh, well that is part of after-market", etc. Guys, I bought a truck from "Tomball Ford", not one of Tomball Ford's many departments. The after-market department is fair, at best. So, having been very excited previously about a great repeat experience using the CarPro process, and recommending it to my friends, I'm having to rethink my position. Aside from Ralph working hard to provide great service, the rest of the experience has been pretty typical of working with an auto dealership. Nothing special, and not particularly something I would want to make repeated 50-mile trips for, which is something I'm still going to have to do. Ralph gets five stars out of five, the rest of the dealership gets three. If I could give a 3.5 for the entire experience (which still is not over!) that would be my rating.

Within minutes of receiving the Priority Pass I received an email. Shortly after I received a phone call. I made an appointment and drove to the location. I had researched the F-150 and already driven one. We were unable to find an acceptable vehicle so we sat down and ordered one. I was very particular about color and features and there are just none around. Jorge was extremely helpful, showed us what certain colors and accessories would look like and saved me from making a couple of mistakes on my selections. There was no pressure, just help. It was well worth the one and one-quarter hour drive to Tomball Ford.

Mr. Lopez called me last Saturday about two hours after your show went off in Houston at 2:00pm. Since the pickings on Superduty Trucks are thin I have an appointment on Friday 5/7/2021, to meet him at Tomball Ford at 10:00AM to order a 2022. Mr. Lopez asked me where I lived and I told him in Crosby and he offered to meet me somewhere to go over the options on new trucks. I did appreciate him asking but it can be fun to go to the Ford location. <br>As I told him we had a very close friend that our family always purchased vehicles with at Keating Ford in Crosby many years ago. One time you mentioned that the Keating Family owned Tomball Ford that is great. Joe Keating that owned Keating Ford in Crosby was a good man. <br>I do enjoy your show each week.
