BMW is making a one-off ALPINA edition of the B6. The model is subtle in its style, only trained eyes will recognize this beauty on the road, but it’s the epitome of a hand-built high-performance Beemer. Oh, and it delivers 600-horsepower.
The special one-off ALPINA B6 gets a full name of the BMW ALPINA B6 xDrive Gran Coupe BMW CCA Edition. Its lucky owner has to win it in the BMW Car Club of America raffle that ends September 29th. BMW tags it at over a $130,000 value.
ALPINA is a branch of BMW specializing in tuning BMWs into supercar-level performers. Differing from the BMW M line known for their flash, flair, and power, the only thing that visually makes them stand apart from their standard BMW twins are their ALPINA rear badging. The supercar power comes from a 4.4-liter TwinPower Turbo V8 xDrive launching to 60-mph in a mere 3.3-seconds. That’s 0.3-seconds faster than the regular, yet still phenomenal, ALPINA B6 Gran Coupe, which you don’t have to win in a raffle.
The one-of-a-kind CCA edition includes a special 1 of 1 plaque, an exterior of ALPINA Blue Metallic, Classic-style wheels, and a Piano-black wood trim cabin. The cabin upholstery is done in Merino Opal White leather with logo embroidery on the headrests. The steering-wheel features hand stitching and matches the seats and even floor mats in Merino Opal White. Little concerning having white floors, but if you win this thing, just don’t drink any coffee inside.
